You are referring to GH not bowing to Shingen after his victory and allowing his opponent to shame himself before dealing the fatal blow. I thing several people were on to that too until it was pointed out that Glenn didn't bow either. That seemed to diffuse the "no bow" argument and after that it was easy to explain away the shame aspect with the hatred between the combatants. Had both components stood together GH might have gotten lynched earlier. Coulda, woulda, shoulda.
By my count we have about seven or eight ninjas left. It doesn't look good.
