The Keep Curtain Walls are the first add-on to the Keep castle building. This improves the defenses of the Keep, allows the Ballista Towers add-on, and adds to the troop capacity.
The Curtain Walls allow the Keep to hold 600 troops, 120 more a normal Keep.
TBD - When do arrow towers kick in? need gate and wall hit points
