The Royal Palace is the third building in the palace line. The Royal Palace allows all factions to build Emissaries for enhanced diplomatic functionality. It also allows the Irish to build Bonnachts, the Mercians, Northumbrians, Saxons, and Vikings to build Huscarles, and all factions but the Vikings to build Royal Bodyguards.
