Unit Description
Camels, Camels, Camels. Berber Camels are mounted archers available to the Almohads, recruitable in African provinces. They have the same bonuses as Bedouin Camel Warriors against horse cavalry, but are not really equipped or trained for melee combat.

As a mounted archer unit, Berber Camels are somewhat limited. Their slow speed means they can't target cavalry without support, and even against infantry their positioning must be watched carefully. They do have shields, but the large target they present make them vulnerable to enemy fire.
Berber Camels can be dismounted at any time for Desert Archers.
