Unit Description
Dismounted Faris cannot be recruited, they can only be attained by dismounting a unit of Faris in siege battles. They are Elite and Disciplined, with a good attack but a poor defense. They have a small shield which helps protect them both from missiles and in melee.
Dismounted Faris are limited in use due to their small unit size (40 men on default sizes). This and their low defense and armour make them vulnerable, but their good morale and Elite status make them dependable flankers.
