Unit Description
Saharan Cavalry are available to the Almohads and Egyptians from the African provinces. They are fast and lightly armoured, and should be used for quick strikes against missile units and to chase routers. They will not survive in combat against competent units, but are best utilized behind enemy lines attacking siege machines and keeping archers disrupted.
In siege battles, Saharan Cavalry may be dismounted for Murabitin Infantry.
